Nice screen with nice brightness and colors.
Built-in dock not only simplified office installations and cleaned up desks, the built in docks do not seem to have the issues of previous external docks. Oddly. My desk has two mounted on a stand that's clamped in a hole. USB-C cable routes through that and up a grommet hole and into my laptop on a vertical stand. Super clean - zero visible cables. No dock on the desk!

Cons:
The power button on the monitor kills the dock and all USB passthrough power. The 30 Gen has a few other options in the menu to disable the LED, etc. But if you power your monitor off - EVERYTHING goes off. Suggest they add a separate power button for the built-in dock. And allow USB power passthrough when the monitor is off.
