When the battery needed to be replaced (after several years of service), the replacement that I ordered arrived promptly. The new battery was easy to install. Only complaint is the question of disposal of old battery. Auto parts places are in the business if recycling lead batteries. Customers should be made aware of that possibility. Too expensive to return to APC.
