After several years the battery in my APC UPS power supply finally pooped out. I am more than happy with the length of time, several years. I would recommend the APC UPS to anyone, great product.

Delivery was prompt. Install went smoothly. Somewhat disappointed that the replacement did not come with a return label for recycling. Now I have to find a local place to recycle the battery.

My APC backup 350 is ages old. The fact that the battery was still available is great. Would have gotten 5 stars if phone service better to make sure I had the right battery. Got 4 because once I emailed for help post-delivery, the c.s. was fantastic to make sure I was able to remove the stuck battery safely.
