When using you hear other background noise around you. On the other side people can hear the background noise and is not suitable for office use. I had turned on recording & transcription on teams call and it picked up weird words based on what people were talking around.

I love these! The sound quality is great, the lows/mids/highs are all crisp and bring a really enjoyable listening experience. They are really comfortable in the ear and come with different fittings so you can use what fits best in your ear. They are pretty secure, but they have fallen out a couple times while being active. They hold a charge really well and having a charging case is super convenient. Overall design it amazing and highly recommend these, they are well worth their price. Only complaint is, I would like them to stay in better when I'm swinging my head around.

The sound quality of these earbuds is truly amazing. I thought my Pixel Buds 2 sounded great but these Poly Voyager Free 20 units just leave the Pixel Buds in the dust. I feel like I am in the music - not listening to it.

Disappointing overall volume for playing music

The sound quality of these units is overall pretty good however the overall volume for music disappointing. Far more quiet than even much cheaper pairs of earbuds or headphones I have. Expected a much more rich product from HP / Poly.
