I had the old plantronics version of this headset for several years before it started falling apart on me. I looked for a replacement, saw that HP have since acquired the brand, and bought it from them.
So far the headset has worked well overall but it has a few warts. I'm using the charging stand and the usb-c dongle connection. My main appreciations:
-mute button right on the mic is excellent and works every time
-headset can be work either direction
-teams integration works even over VDI, which pleasantly surprised me
my quibbles:
-on/off switch location is blocked while the headset is on its charging stand. HP should have switched the ANC and on/off switch locations IMO
-one of the best features of the plantronics version was a rotating volume adjuster. this version has mushy, hard-to-find, + and - buttons instead, for a much worse volume-adjusting experience
-I can only get music-level quality audio while the windows sound settings window is open. no idea why. as soon as I close that window, quality drops. not a big deal, but weird. audio quality also drops on calls, but that's fine as it is still voice-level quality
I would recommend this to a friend!

The headset feels super tight event when I adjust and I have been getting headache even with 30 min of use . Mic is not sensitive to dictation .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
