The keyboard lacks a power switch.
When the keyboard is placed into a bag for transport, the keys may be toggled as the bag is carried. This reduces the battery life with each keypress.
To solve this, the battery must be removed before transit and reinserted when arrival at a destination as part of workstation setup, at a Client site for example.
A simple on-off switch that cuts the power from the battery would solve this issue.
It is interesting that the Mouse has an on-off switch, but the keyboard does not.
The lack of power control on the keyboard reduced the Rate by 1, from 5 to 4.

For the Price (this was inexpensive) this keyboard/mouse combo is fine. Only thing I don't like is the size of the "F" (function) keys at the top of the keyboard, they are much smaller than a normal key. And one more feature would make it better... to have an option for a taller leg to make the tilt of the keyboard higher. But gets the job done.
