More then I was expecting

Game changer for work calls!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say, the Poly Voyager Focus 2 has totally leveled up my work-from-home or in-office setup! I spend way too much time on Teams calls, and this headset makes a huge difference.
First off, the noise canceling is amazing. I can’t hear my colleagues when in office, or any background noise when at home. My coworkers say my voice sounds super clear, even when I’m in a noisy space, so the mic is definitely doing its job.
The battery life is superb. I can go a few days without charging, and the little charging stand makes it so easy to pop it on when I’m done. Also love that it connects to both my laptop and phone at the same time, so I can switch between calls and music without fussing with settings.
It’s also really comfortable. The ear pads are soft, and the headband doesn’t squeeze my head. I’ve worn it for back-to-back meetings and totally forgot I had it on.

The only slightly annoyance is that it automatically answers calls when you pick up the headset. This might be user error though.

A gamer changer for TEAMS calls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this headset for my work TEAMS calls and I’ve been impressed with the sound clarity and noise cancellation. My colleagues say my voice is much clearer when I speak due to the high quality ’Smart microphone system’. its been certified for Microsoft Teams with dedicated controls and with up to 25 hours of talk time and 30+ days standby battery life, it never runs out of power during my working day. I particularly love the charging stand for effortless desktop docking but it also keeps my desk neat and tidy. It has soft ear cushions and an adjustable headband, so it’s comfy to wear, even all day.

Light and comfortable with excellent clarity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Poly Voyager Focus 2 recently for all my meetings , and I’m quite impressed with what it offers, though it’s not without a few minor niggles.
First off, these headphones are pleasantly light and comfortable to wear and fit quite well. The weight distribution is spot on, and I’ve had no issues with pressure points during use. However, I should mention that after about 30 minutes of continuous wear, my ears do start to feel a bit warm. It’s not unbearable by any means, but it’s worth noting if you’re planning marathon conference calls or extended listening sessions.
The sound quality is quite good overall. More importantly, colleagues on Microsoft Teams calls have remarked that my voice comes through clearly, which is really what matters for a headset in this category. It’s reassuring to know that I’m being heard properly without having to repeat myself.
The ANC is good – not great, but certainly good enough for most purposes. It successfully blocks out the majority of ambient noise, whether that’s office chatter or household sounds when working from home. Whilst it won’t compete with premium consumer earphones , it does the job admirably for a work-focused headset.
Battery life is good but I haven’t noticed a major problem as I usually rest it on the charger after every meeting.
So far, I’m pleased with the Voyager Focus 2. My main hope is that Poly continues to support it with regular software updates to perhaps refine the performance further. At this stage, it’s proving to be a solid choice for professional use.
