I use RingCentral, and this headset is listed as compatible. However, it occasionally dropped the Bluetooth connection when I first used it. Support advised that this happened as there is not targeted software yet for RingCentral. I was advised to repair the headset and it has not happened since.
Hopefully, the software will be available before it happens again.
