Connectivity Issues

I've had this mouse for a few months and recently have had a lot of connectivity issues. I've troubleshooted my Bluetooth settings and drivers, have disconnected and reconnected the mouse, changed the battery, turned everything off and back on again, and the mouse still refuses to connect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great cheap mouse. We wanted a couple wireless bluetooth mice that staff could toss in their bag and travel with them. These were a great option at a low cost. I wish it had a back button but that is wishful thinking for amouse this cheap
