Pretty decent

I frequently have Teams meetings at work, it's great having something like this with the functionality to go straight to the Teams app when clicking the relevant button on the wire (as well as control the volume). The sound is perfectly acceptable for the purpose. I find it slightly on the uncomfortable side (the earpiece side can be adjusted but not the headrest side) though it would only really be an issue if I was using it constantly all day - dipping in and out of meetings is fine. Pretty good value too!

Good budget headset

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive been using the Poly Blackwire 3310 headset for a while now and overall it’s a solid choice for calls and everyday use. The audio quality is clear and crisp, both for listening and speaking, and colleagues have commented that my voice comes through well without background noise. It’s lightweight and comfortable enough for long meetings, though the ear cushion can feel a little warm after extended use.
Setup was quick and straightforward – just plug it in and go, no hassle with drivers or settings. The in-line controls for mute and volume are handy, though the buttons feel a bit plasticky compared to more premium headsets.
It’s not the most stylish or high-end option, but for the price it delivers very reliable performance and good comfort. If you’re after a dependable wired headset for work calls, the Blackwire 3310 is a great value pick.

Bargain price for a high quality head set

The headset is easy to install
The headset is very comfortable, its adjustable so easy to adjust, the headset phone is cushioned and xonfy in the ear.
The little remote is great to control volume and mute. The mic is a good distance from the mouth and can be pushed up when not in use.
The sound quality is crystal clear and the loud setting is LOUD but can easily be turned down

I like the way you get usb and usb c attachments. I have been using to work from home for the last few weeks and it’s brilliant sound quality.
