Customer Reviews for Lenovo - ThinkPad TrackPoint Keyboard II (US English) - Wired/Wireless Connectivity - Bluetooth - 2.40 GHz - USB Type A In - Black
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I forced myself to use TrackPoint on my laptop now it feels awkward not having it on my desktop. Problem solved.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Get that classic ThinkPad TrackPoint Keyboard feel for your other devices. Used the USB dongle with a raspberry pi, and with a Lenovo Tiny PC. Also, used the bluetooth pairing with a Lenovo Duet Chromebook. Great combos. I like the built in USB dongle storage. I did miss have backlit keys. Also, am concerned about the strength of the flip out legs longterm.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been waiting for this keyboard for years. Used ThinkPads forever, then I had the previous version of this keyboard, I tried out the Apple Keyboard and a couple mechanical keyboards. There's nothing that beats the old ThinkPad design! And it's wireless! It doesn't feel exactly like my old T-series, but it's close enough. This keyboard feels smooth to move between the keys, like playing a piano. And having a trackpoint again is a blessing, even working on a desktop. I've got one for my work computer and one for my personal.
A word of caution - if you are a gamer or person who cares about "rollover" or "ghosting", this is not an n-key-rollover keyboard. I have tried mapping special key combinations using AutoHotKey and some of the keys don't work when you try to do key combos with 3+ keys. Not a huge issue for me because there are some keys that do, but it would be nice if Lenovo would make this board even better with NKRO.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the keyboard on my x1 extreme and decided to check the trackpoint II for my desktop. Its great! The trackpoint definitely has a learning curve, but after some practice ive now disabled the track pad on my laptop and can be efficient with just the trackpoint keyboard on my desktop. The build quality is great.
Great travel keyboard for all your keyboard needs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this keyboard! Nobody else makes such a well-designed, compact and study keyboard with build-in mouse in a wireless configuration (especially not with both Bluetooth and dongle-using configurations). The Trackpoint(tm) is so much easier to use than a trackpad, and makes sure the keyboard stays small. Great for travel and extremely useful!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Inability to switch the functionality of Fn and Ctrl keys is a major oversight in design. This should be easily fixed - as soon as it is, this will be a 5-star product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow. Didn't realize how high quality this was. It's previous version was really crappy, so glad they upgraded this massively.
