Customer Reviews for Lenovo - ThinkPad TrackPoint Keyboard II (US English) - Wired/Wireless Connectivity - Bluetooth - 2.40 GHz - USB Type A In - Black
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great layout / design (though backlit keys would have been nice). Also I've run into intermittent connectivity issues with the USB dongle (ie. missing characters)
I would recommend this to a friend!

The legs will break and there is no support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The keyboard worked great until one of the legs broke. I only used it a few times. The leg is probably a 2 cent part. Lenovo's system will not recognize the serial number, so they are unable to open a support ticket. Dealing with Lenovo over this issue has completely changed my impression of the company. Do not buy any Lenovo accessories and assume they will honor the warranty that comes in the box.
There are dozens and dozens of complaints on the support forum about the same issue. Lenovo representatives on the support forum say that the defective legs are a known issue and to contact customer support. But customer support is powerless to open a support ticket. Customer support will transfer you to sales, who will then transfer you back to customer support and so on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good keyboard, but not as good as on the Thinkpads

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's good, but I was expecting the typing experience to be exactly the same as that on my Thinkpad laptop, but it wasn't. I wished Lenovo made an exact keyboard they use in their Thinkpad laptops.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this keyboard because I was having ergonomics issues with my work computer setup and I love using the trackpoint on my home Thinkpad. It’s a possible ergonomic alternative like trackballs and tilted mice to using regular mice. The low profile design allows it to be propped up in a wrist rest to angle the keyboard negatively and using the trackpoint seems to relieve pressure on my wrist. Too early to say yet, but I think this will solve my wrist pain issues.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] good product, reliable, functions as advertised.Uses trackpoint verses touch slate for pointer, good battery life.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] very versatile, thin and light, charges with USB-C, dual wireless (2.4ghz+bt), thinkpad keyboard, track point, what else can you ask for?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the texture and design of the keyboard. It works well and bluetooth is working so well without delay in getting signals.
