Customer Reviews for Lenovo - ThinkPad TrackPoint Keyboard II (US English) - Wired/Wireless Connectivity - Bluetooth - 2.40 GHz - USB Type A In - Black
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the feel and quiet sound of the clicks. I like the small size of the unit, although the actual usable keyboard is exactly the same size as the Logitech K350 that it replaced. I like using my mouse with this keyboard, as too much use of the track point ball leaves my hands feeling cramped and restricted. What would make this keyboard perfect for me? A number pad.
So far so good. Version II of this keyboard is a lot more durable than the original version. I am cautious about the little feet eventually cracking or breaking. A back light would've been a nice feature as well. Great typing quality just like my ThinkPad X1 Carbon 7.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are fan of Lenovo's keyboards, and are looking for a good keyboard to use with your phone or tablet, then look no further. This keyboard is fantastic! I prefer to use it when answering a text while sitting at my desk as I despise using the onscreen keyboard. It also works great if you have a workspace that is very tight - we have a desk setup that doesn't have much real estate, and so this comfortable keyboard fits the bill as we don't need to connect a mouse. The only negative is that the feet are not the sturdiest - we have multiple keyboards here, and some of them have broken! We were able to replace with a sturdier 3D printed alternative. I did gave it 5 stars because it doesn't prevent usage at all, but just be aware that you may want to be a bit careful with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love everything about this keyboard with the exception that it is not ergonomic. It has the best scissor switches I have ever used and it actually makes me type faster with fewer errors than any other keyboard. People say it doesn't feel quite as good as the keyboard on the ThinkPad X1 Carbon, which I do own, but the slight difference is probably due to the fact that it is on a less robust plastic base compared to the more solid structure of the ThinkPad Laptop. Finally, I really like the integrated ThinkTrack mouse stick thingy because it precludes me needing to bring a mouse while moving my computer. It does not take that long to get used to.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is just a ThinkPad keyboard, but wireless. Works and feels just like the laptop. Wireless (2.4G and Bluetooth) have been flawless, and I have only charged it once in 3 months. Fn, left Ctrl, and Windows key placement took some getting used to, but I can see why they did it.
If only it had backlighting. It is the perfect size for my living room PC, and in the evenings a light up keyboard would be preferred. Great battery life and bluetooth range. Deliberate ThinkPad key presses are a welcome change from alternative wireless keyboards out there.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having like use to be only on a laptop, is fantastic, the power of keeping your hands in the keyboard is pretty good, the keys in general feel as everybody know about thinkpad, fantastic. The reason to remove a start is that the nipple start to moves by itself after some use, and I see in the forums many people complaining about it, and the only solution is turn off the keyboard, and turn it on again, so clearly is not a physical problem, is something else. The other reason to remove a star is that the switching between using the dongle and the bluetooth is somewhat slow, like 6 seconds, I have other keyboard that just does it instant, and this is something I really want it to have two devices control with one keyboard in this way, the range of the dongle is not more than 3 feet if you want it to use it typing fast, beyond that became to be a slow keyboard, the bluetooth in the other hand works great. At the end I love it, I wait so so many years to have this keyboard just in general since the first thinkpad I ever use so many years ago.
