I am having an issue with the cabling to power the unit.

We certainly understand the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing cabling to power on the unit. To resolve the issue, please allow the Zenscreen to charge, do not power on the monitor. It will not show video if the battery on the monitor is completely drained. Also, please verify if the USB cable is properly connected from the monitor to the USB-C port on the computer, and the port is working properly.
