Not just-exactly-perfect

this is not-working-like-I-hoped. It is equally erratic on a mousepad or a solid wood surface. It takes turns being frustrating, either the mouse wheel doesn't respond or the pointer-tracking gets lost, or stuck in place. For close work, the fine-motion/or-need-it-on-an-exact-spot has been disappointing.
(the batteries are fresh, the surfaces are clean, the computer has been re-started, the usb plug has been moved to other ports.)
I've liked many other Anker products but this one will go back.

Decent but needs work

Item works great smooth. I bit big for my hand possible size options. Also a small issue with the right and left button. Sometimes they do not register. Other than that decent.

Unreliable. Intermittently fails with fresh batteries, on or off a mouse pad, on table surfaces, even on paper or magazine surfaces.

Apparently the optical tracking on this mouse is hit or miss. I bought the previous model and took it to work. It works just fine. I bought another for home and it fails constantly. I even switched the two mice and this model doesn't work as well as the previous one. The one I have problems with is Model: A7852M / SN: AEAPC91201615509. I've tried everything to get this to work reliably. Constantly wiping down the table with rubbing alcohol to make sure there's no film on the table top, Cleaning the optical sensor with a q-tip and water. Nothing helps. This one is definitely a lemon, but its way past the 30 day mark. It's taken me 5 tries just to click my rating on the quality of this mouse. I have to hold the mouse at least 1/8th of an inch above the table surface to get it to work. I can't even find drivers for it to make sure I have the one that supposedly works with WINDOWS-10

Much Mouse Such Comfort

This mouse really does what it say on the tin. The design keeps my hand reminded to stay in a health position. Extra bonus of thumb buttons that let me go back or forward to previous web pages on Chrome. Also the company has GREAT customer service. 10/10

Good product lacking modern capabilities

Good product but annoyed there is no USB-C option nor ability to use this over Bluetooth. That means I have to buy shady usb converters and whatnot to use this on modern MacBooks. Really disappointed about that even if the mouse is great in its own right.

The ergonomic aspect is fabulous for my arthritic hand. I gave it three stars because it requires multiple attempts to get it to activate. The “on” position does not always activate it on the first go.

This mouse is so easy to use. I love it. Moving from a position with low computer time to high computer time in a given day, I was starting to feel the impact of scrolling and particularly acutely in my right hand/wrist. This helps! The wireless connector makes it easy to use.
