Is this legit or False Advertising???

I am beyond frustrated. I bought this Kingston DataTraveler Exodia M thinking the "USB 3.2" label actually meant something. It’s a total lie!!!! I tried to transfer a 12GB zip file and the speeds are an absolute joke! It’s like being back in 2005. How is it even legal to market this as a USB 3.2 drive when my Lexar 3.1 blows it out of the water?
This is the second "budget" piece of junk I’ve dealt with this week after a defective Philips Vivid drive. To make matters worse, once you buy this and open the packaging, you're stuck in "exchange only" limbo. It feels like a trap for customers looking for affordable storage! These brands are banking on you not noticing how pathetic the write speeds are until it’s too late to get your money back.
If you value your time and your data, stay away from these trash. It is false advertising, plain and simple. Pay more for a better and reliable drive because this isn't it!!!!!

I love Kingston. They make great thumb drives. I have never had any issues with them. A great purchase, considering they seem to be in short supply (I tried 2 other "tech" places and they didn't have a clue if or when they would get them in again. How do you not know why they aren't available and if they will get them again, really shocked me!). But Best Buy had exactly what I wanted and needed. Cheers.

The writing speed is painful slow and it is not stable like mountains . The advertisement shows that it is USB 3.2 but the writing speed is around 2 MB and sometimes it is KB. It is very disappointing

I found this usb at best buyand it's been working great. I only wish it came in more colors so I could easily organize my files. Otherwise, all good.
