Item arrived on time and easy to install. Some reviewers posted that it was difficult to plug components in but I didn't encounter that problem. Outlets may have been a little tighter than normal outlets but that might be expected in a device that hopefully prevents arcing in the event of a major power surge. Obviously I can't comment at this point about how the item works.

Appears to be a good quality surge protector. Manufacturer offers a very good warranty...don't really know the value of that unless or until there is a issue. In service for about a month and so far, so good.

So far I am happy with my purchase. Although, I do not need the telephone protection (and this seems old school), after much research, this seemed to be the one to get. I like the spacing of the plugs, for large and small, and like the feature that it will stop working at end of life surge protection, versus continued juice with no protection.
