Mouse Problems and no support

I liked the look and feel of both the keyboard and mouse. The problem is that the right button on the mouse stopped working after a few months and is now unusable.
Technical support from Lenovo is non-existent. It is virtually impossible to find a number to call or to submit an issue. After much searching, I finally found a number. The representative did not recognize the part number or serial number and forwarded me to someone else. No luck there either. Unfortunately, I have misplaced my purchase order number so I am out of luck. Very disappointed with the service.
