[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Complicated to pair but once working, was good. I thought the problem was needing to install the driver but that didn’t make a difference—the mouse worked but not the keyboard. I had to remove and replace the batteries WHILE pressing F2, F3, and F4 AND holding it within 10cm of the USB dongle. Then after letting go of the three buttons press the number 3 (but not the number 3 that is on the number pad; the one that is above the letters). Now that it’s working, it’s a nice keyboard the way that the keys feel.
