[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decent keyboard and mouse but not a high quality feel. I ended-up returning and spending more money on a higher quality setup. I really liked my lenovo laptop keyboard but the plastic on this external setup was a cheap feel in my opinion.

Batteries were provided, inserted, and the moment the USB wireless insert was installed, everything worked perfectly. The keyboard key depressions could be quieter to decrease the sounds of typing while on conference calls.
