The IronKey Keypad 200 is very well built and sturdy. Not that I will do it, but my guess is I can drive a car over it and it would survive. Also seems at least splash proof with Key place in the holder as a fine silicone or rubber seal between the case and the key seems made to exclude water. The bad part and reason to take away one star is the complexity of the instructions. There is no way an individual with a normal memory will remember all the ways to program this, but I do feel pretty safe that with 8-15 numbers/letters as a passcode that it would very strongly deter any efforts to steal your data.

Now I feel secure nothing will happen to them or be erased. Totally recommend this for peace of mind. Definitely going to order more. Shipping was fast and reliable. Run go grab yours today.

Unbeatable safety

He always looking for a superior way to store our important files and paperwork Incase of emergency and/or fire. He was able to scan all our physical copies and save them to the drive to not only free up space in our safe but provide extra security.

Nice secure drive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got this to try to secure some files that I was a little uneasy having just sitting on a drive and in one of my cabinets.
This drive seems to be well built and easy to use. First thing I had to do is set up a new password and the directions were very simple to do so. The manuals are stored on the drive so I would suggest to copy them off the drive so you can access them more easily and understand the drive a bit more. It's not really complex to use so anyone should be able to use this drive.
Once I set up the password I was able to use this and move all my sensitive files to this drive and make sure they are very secured. I then tested it by giving my code to my family to access. They were able to gain access so I knew I was good. I was then able to remove the unsecured files off my laptop. I know have a little more peace of mine that my sensitive documents are secured and no one will be able to access them unless I give them the code and the drive.

It holds a lot of pictures on it and I love that it has a keypad to set up a password so that of you were ever to lose it or it got stolen you would know that your files and pictures are safe because of the keypad password. It’s a good size flash drive too not too small or too large

Key pad lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great USB. Works great. We used it to store photos and it was great as it held a good amount. We like rhat it has the key pad to get into incase we lose it. The USB was easy to use and downloaded what we needed rather quickly with no issues. We will get one for each of our kids so they can store their school work.

Having specific files that I need to transfer between systems not connected to a network, the encryption the iron key provides is something I’m confident in especially with the protection against brute force attacks.

I have never seen a USB drive like this before and I like it very much. I love the concept of this type of secure USB Drive. I have used other USB drives that you can lock with a password but with the physical key pad locking system is next level.
