[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this item, in large part because I have had such good luck with HP products over the years (I currently have a laptop and two printers that are HP). The mouse is no exception. It moves smoothly over the surface I am using it on (without a mouse pad) and doesn't lag or stop working. One big reason I purchased it is because I am left-handed and this is an ambidextrous mouse. It fits nicely in my hand, which I really appreciate because it's difficult to find items that are suitable for left-handed people. The price was great, too!
