I have a 2013 Lenovo Thinkpad x230. I use it with two auxiliary screens, keyboard and mouse when I am at my desk. I have used one other keyboard but didn't like the fact that the keys differed from the laptop, because when I am traveling I use the laptop alone. This keyboard matches my laptop. On the downside some of the special functions don't work, for example, turning wireless on and off, but most of them do. If the computer goes to sleep I have to open my laptop to turn it back on. This is my third ThinkPad auxiliary keyboard. I have been disappointed that the other two did not last. So my 4 star rating rather than 5 star is cautionary based on my past experience with these keyboards and the inability to perform all functions from the keyboard without opening the laptop.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic Keyboard. Compact with great key feel. I love the TrackPoint on my laptop and now have it on my desktop.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this TrackPoint it was my first time using it and I loved it, I had never used a TrackPoint before and now I am using it and I will never stop using it :d
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the feel of the keys. It has worked better than I thought. Turns my laptop on without having to open it. Love it. My only wish is to have it slightly bigger.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve owned 2 thinkpad laptops over the last 8 years. The keys do not exactly feel like the laptop keyboards but it is close. I’m happy with the purchase as I’m very used to the spacing and get fewer typos than other keyboards.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the incorporated TrackPoint, and the size

Very nice size. I'm using this with a massive dual CPU, triple GPU stationary Windows 7 Pro PC. Great for productivity to have this and be able to switch to a Lenovo laptop and the fingers are already accustomed to everything. Excellent function buttons at the top. Two downsides:
1. Sometimes there's mouse creep. The mouse cursor slides across the screen, and I have to push to keep it in place, or else it slips down to the lower right hand corner. When that happens the display window switches to my desktop area. I've read others have the same problem.
2. Sometimes the speaker volume and mute buttons hang. I have to open up the speaker control in Windows, and then everything works well again. Odd.
