Burnt out pixel in the middle of the screen. I bought a brand new monitor and it has a burnt out pixel......

We certainly understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused if this brand-new monitor you purchased has a burnt out pixel. Please review ASUS policy regarding dead or burnt pixel at: https://www.asus.com/support/images/upload/543139f2-0aec-4cd9-ab2b-36d2754d3e7d.pdf . If the pixel issues exceeded on what our policy stated, we recommend to contact your vendor for a replacement within their terms. If it is over the replacement period, we recommend you send the product in for service so this may be resolved immediately. An RMA number is required to send it in for service.
