Robust and colorful

Upgraded to this model from the 325w 5q. It started smoking during a heavy meatball project, so it was time to upgrade to the Mac daddy 500 W 7 quart. The only thing smoking about this new unit was the price point at Best Buy during Black Friday event otherwise they’re pretty pricey
