This machine is a beast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new machine , it is a beast! I had a 5 quart for 23 years and invested in this new 7 quart. It is way quieter than the old one and the milkshake finish is gorgeous!

Lots of hype, big disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this thinking it would be so great, I turned it on and it had stopped working within the first 30 seconds of usage. Thinking that this unit was probably a lemon, I returned it for a new one but different color. We diligently followed all the operational suggestions as per the manual and again the same thing happened within minutes of operating the appliance. We were very disappointed with our purchase and the kitchenaid brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So amazing, I needed a second one!

No Honour of Warranty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this from a reatailer who is apparently not authorized to sell KitchenAid and when I got it home, it did not work. When I called KitchenAid and sent in the required proof of not operating and the receipt, I was told that no warrantly would apply since it was a non-authorized retailer

Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this item last month and I am extremely excited. I love the bowl capacity and the fact that it incorporates well. I also love the various speed options that a feature my former mixer did not have. the only feature I believe can be made better will be the little knob behind the bowl that has to lock into the space when putting the bowl. I guess it take some time to getting used to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this 7 qt mixer in November 2025 to replace a 5 qt we already have. Plugged it in to make sure it worked and it did. A week before Christmas, I pulled it out to make cookies and it wouldn’t turn on. Did all the trouble shooting recommended and nothing. It has been returned for a refund. Haven’t decided on whether we will order another.
