I've had this for a little over a year with three pets at home, and it definitely did the job. However, considering the brand and price, I’m disappointed and very unhappy that the clean water tank has a common issue with the spring at the bottom coming loose. After research, I found I’m not the only one experiencing this problem. Furthermore, the replacement cost is about a third of what a new carpet cleaner costs, which leaves a very sour taste in my mouth. I hope this reviews helps people when looking to purchase this carpet cleaner or this issue is resolved with an updated model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
