Doesn’t work

I bought this a few days ago and it doesn’t work. Followed the instructions but water does not come out of the carpet cleaner. I have googled and tried everything but nothing works. It’s defective and I will be returning it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked great for about 6 months now it sounds like a garbage disposal and the brushes dont turn. It kicks my power strip.

Not for anything pet related, didn’t clean fresh accidents. Totally disappointed. Not sure what the point of this carpet cleaner is.

Heavy. Leaks constantly. Seems to get clogged easily. And have issues with it not spraying but leaking. Definitely not happy with this product.

Waste of my whole day

I just bought this came home at it up and all day I have been struggling to get it to dispense water alls it's doing is deep cleaning like a vacuum I will never ever buy another hoover again. I would have had a better clean renting a machine.

leaks when not being used

i bought this i believe about 9 months ago and now off a sudden it leaks for the clean water/solution tank and i keep trying to get ahold of someone to help can t even find this bot they say they have on the website this is very annoying

I bought this machine used it for the first time and the machine leaked the remaining water all over my Harwood floors. I bought a carpet cleaner and not a hardwood floor cleaner.

Does a great job

I bought my Carpet cleaner a couple of years ago. It still works great and I love it. It will collect any cat hair I missed when I vacuumed. The machine will collect in the brushes all though the bottom. I don't like cleaning out all that hair by hand but it gets all the loose hair. I never give 5 stars unless the product is exceptionally great and this one was close.
I would recommend this to a friend!
