parts need better manufacturing

parts broke on the 1st use. I got it for Christmas and used it on 12/31 for the first time. The clean water compartment spring broke and water was spilling from the bottom of the compartment. I called hoover and they gave me a hard time about a replacement water compartment which tells me they don't stand behind their product. I ended up returning it.

Doesn’t work

I bought this a few days ago and it doesn’t work. Followed the instructions but water does not come out of the carpet cleaner. I have googled and tried everything but nothing works. It’s defective and I will be returning it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked great for about 6 months now it sounds like a garbage disposal and the brushes dont turn. It kicks my power strip.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
