Powerscrub XL+Carpet cleaner by Hoover

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Powerscrub XL+Carpet Cleaner by Hoover looks really nice just sitting there. It's easy to use. It has 5 spinning and scrubbing brushes that lift even the toughest stains out of carpet and upholstery. It also has heatforce to aid in drying. The TruMax tank technology keeps you from having to empty the tank so often while cleaning so you can quickly go from room to room cleaning carpets. I cleaned the carpets of 3 rooms and it took about an hour to do everything including dry time but I did run a fan on it to help dry quicker. The upholstery tool makes it simple to go from cleaning carpets to cleaning your couch or chair if needed. I've used several carpet cleaners over the years and this is by far the best in cleaning and dry time. I would definitely buy this again and recommend to friends and family.

Best Rug Scrubber I've Owned
on December 1, 2021

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hoover Powerscrub XL is by far the best rug scrubber I've ever owned and I've owned quite a few! Assembly out of the box was easy and instructions to use were as clear as can be. We previously moved and got new carpet in most of the house and our bissell pet pro just wasn't cutting it anymore on the upkeep. The Hoover Powerscrub did an amazing job with not only washing, but the suction is amazing too. My carpets were dry again 3x faster than with the Bissell.

Easy Set-Up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The instructions and set-up were super easy. While using it I did notice that it's very maneuverable, brushes in my opinion could be a little stiffer, and best of all you can see your progress as you go! Clean out of the containers were also super easy. Plus, the brush head and the nozzle came off for an easy clean up as well with a brush cleaner! The carpet cleaner it comes with was enough for one whole room or 3 gallons of treatment!

Amazing and simple to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleasantly surprised at how simple this machine is to use. I've used other styles of personal "pet" carpet cleaner, and they didn't compare to this one. I've had the same three spots in my entryway for a while, and none have even came close, until now. Just a few minutes, without even pretreating, and the spots are seemingly gone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so glad I finally got to try this carpet cleaner. I have 4 cats, 1 dog a and a lot of carpet. It has done a fantastic job of removing some old gross stains. There were a few stains that I should have pretreated because they were so ground in but they came out. The only issue with those stains was that I had to do a few passes which added more water so the carpet took longer to dry. It did finally dry after I put a towel down and walked over it to soak up the water faster. As for the every day dirt it came out quickly and my carpet looks amazing again. It did a great job that would have been a nightmare to get out with scrubbing alone.

Awesome Cleaning Power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical at first. Then I used it for the first time today. It did an amazing job on my recliners using the upholstery attachment. Ery strong pulling power as it pulls the dirty water away. I then used it on my outdoor carpet on my carport. Completely surprised by how much and we'll it cleaned the carpet. Over four years of outdoor dirt and filth, just swept away in a matter of minutes.
