[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some assembly required but no tools or small parts. It was light weight and easy to use. LOVE the 5 spinning brushes. This has great suction power and very quick dry time. I feel set in stains still need to be pre treated. This is the first and only shampooer that hasn't plugged up with pet hair, i have 3 cats and 1 dog. Love the floaty ball that let's you know when dump tank is full. Has two sittings quick clean and deep clean. Has separate clean and dirty water tanks. Heat force makes it the best, I have owned 4 shampooers in the last 20 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical at first as I have purchased carpet and upholstery cleaners in the past but either the floor or couches I've cleaned just end up completely wet for days. This gave me a deep and full clean leaving my couch fresh and clean and better yet dry by the time I woke up in the morning from cleaning at 10pm. I have 2 children under five who love eating and making a mess of the couch, a new born who spits up and a dog who will lay on the couch. After my first use the couch smelled and looked brand new and I would definitely recommend this to everyone. I love the hose bag that holds everything and the vacuum itself is cumbersome but stores very nicely in its more compact size than others I have used. Definitely will keep using this to freshen up my couches and area rugs.

I had several stains on my living room carpet ...no telling what they are bc i have kids, pets, and a messy chubby hubby! Ive tried everything to clean that room! Ive bought stain removers, rented carpet cleaners, borrowed carpet cleaners to end up with the same stained result! This Hoover PowerScrub+Carpet Cleaner kicked them stains butts! I couldnt believe what i was seeing...or not seeing, lol! I purchased both of my sons one for christmas! Every home should have one! Good job Hoover!!

I was easily able to do a quick clean when storm stopped. My carpets look brand new again. But what I love most is I can use this on my couches and even our car seats and floors. It's literally great for almost everything. Easy to use and easy to clean!

One thing, make sure you hear the click when putting the handle together. I thought it was tore up because water wasn't spraying out, had to take it back apart and reseat the handle then it worked wonders. Love that I am able to clean the couch and the stairs with it...Great machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my fair share of carpet cleaners. They break, they leak, they clog.. basically they don't last. So far, this one has proved me wrong. This is one of the best ones I have owned. I have cleaned all my floors and with a cat and dog that never stops shedding, this is the best carpet cleaner around. I have not had any issues with this machine getting clogged, and the best part, its extremely easy to use and clean when I am done. I am small and sometimes these machines can be hard to use. This is easy! It does take strength, but again, not like others I have used. This has picked up more hair and cleaned more dirt out of my carpet than I have ever seen. I love the extra tools it comes with. I have also cleaned my furniture with this and my couch and chairs look brand new. They look so clean and fresh. My furniture hasn't looked this good since I brought it home and then had it professionally cleaned. Overall, I am so impressed with this Hoover carpet cleaner. Its been a dream and my carpets and furniture look fabulous. I highly recommend this over any others!
