I've used other styles of personal "pet" carpet cleaner, and they didn't compare to this one. I've had the same three spots in my entryway for a while, and none have even came close, until now. Just a few minutes, without even pretreating, and the spots are seemingly gone.

I am a mom of three boys so things get dirty. Carpets, couches, beds, rugs... you name it. This carpet cleaner is so easy to use and it cleans so well. My kids are famous for spilling things and making stains on things so I have been using this to spot clean and deep clean. You don't know how filthy something is until you use this thing. The carpet cleaner is amazing for our carpets and our area rugs - the water comes out black every time. Disgusting but satisfying. It is extremely easy to use this carpet cleaner, easy to load the cleaner/clean water, and easy to dump. The upholstery cleaner is also great I have been using it for our chairs (office), our couches, and our beds. It gets stains lifted and areas cleaned so easily. Very pleased with how well this carpet cleaner works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this carpet cleaner! I honestly thought my rug was pretty clean. I vacuum it constantly and have used my old carpet clean on it a bunch but this Hoover proved me wrong! This thing is so fun and satisfying to use. Everything is easily visible and you can see the dirt coming out of the carpet making it fun to watch. The clean water container is easy to see so you know how much water you still have and don't have to keep stopping to check. Same with the dirty water, you can see and theres also a red ball that floats to the top when its full so you can immediately see it and know it needs to be emptied while you're using it so you don't have to stop and check. It's an extremely user friendly machine! It is not as heavy as a lot of cleaners so it is easier to maneuver too. It doesn't leave the floor or carpet soaking wet either so I don't have to get annoyed when the kids walk through it. One of the best things is the storage bag for the hose and extra pieces with a hanger on the top for easy storage. Honestly its those little things to make life easier that I really appreciate from Hoover because I have my vacuum attachments just piled places and they easily get list and thats annoying so this storage bag just thrills me! I completely recommend this for anyone with kids pets or any type of household!

The attachment is awesome and the cleaner that comes with it did miracles on my stained carpet. I am definitely buying more cleaner soon. Never again will I be on my hands and knees scrubbing floors. I have used it a number of times and have come to the conclusion that this may be the best carpet cleaner I have ever used. I used it at my house, my inlaws house and my neighbors house and everyone just can't believe how much stuff it picks up. It was really easy to assemble and the hose part even works really good. The heating part works really good also. I think this could be a really long lasting machine as long as you clean the tanks out when you are done using it and also flushing the system with plain water. It is easy to fill the tank with solution and water and also easy to remove the dirty tank to drain. It is also easy to clean the brushes out. I have used many different brands and series of carpet cleaners and this is by far the best.
