[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this carpet cleaner. My only issue, if there is one deals with the instructions. They are not very well organized or clear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With dogs and messy weather in a red dirt state, this most definitely gets the job done quickly with fewer trips changing out the water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is easy to use. It's not hard to ouch around. One receptacle for the dirty water, one tub for the hot soapy water. Both easy enough to remove and replace. I enjoyed seeing all that dark dirty water come out of my carpets. That has got to be the most gratifying experience ever. The price was right, too.

My husband & I purchased two different Hoover models in less than 1 year & neither spray water. Nor can you get any assistance from Hoover! All you get is a BOT!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
