Small issue that must be acknowledged

Out of the box, been absolutely fantastic. bass is so powerful and so are the highs and mids (love the custom eq). But owning these for about a year and a half and ive seen some issues. when putting them on your ear, the left one works but the right one doesnt. like they do not sync with each other (occurs several times a week). If i want to fix that, i have to then forget them on my phone then out both buds back into the case, wait a few mins then repair them and put them in my ears then it works (sometimes). Im glad that that is the only issue i have but i do hope to see if an update would fix this!

Some design flaws and ear pain.

Good sound, good modes, does it's job. However these are the only pairs of earbuds I've owned that hurt after wearing them, the shell of my ear specifically, where the little rubber rest points(?) with R and L on them are. I'm sure using headphones for ours on end it's healthy? But I use them for work and I don't have this problem with much bluetooth earbuds like SkullCandy, or even this company's own headphones. getting the earbuds to sit properly in the case is also a little annoying, you gotta try a couple of times to get them actually connected and charging in the case, unless you want to open them up and have one side fully charged and the other almost dead.
