[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was initially so excited about the mag lock magsafe powerbank. I have an iPhone 13 and new that my battery would be taking a hit during a weekend away. While waiting in the airport there were not outlets open so I pulled out my maglock powerbank. It started to charge my phone quickly but then after 10 minutes the maglock powerbank got really hot. I ended up taking my phone off. The next day, my phone shut down overnight and didn't turn on for over 2 hours. After continued troubleshooting, it finally turned on. I'm inclined to think that this product had a negative affect on my phone. I wouldn't recommend it,

Slow charge, but doubles as a hand warmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i like the size and shape of this charger, and really love how it magnets to your phone to keep it charged without a cord. You can use your phone while charging, keep it in your pocket, whatever- very handy! However, the charger gets HOT, Like almost too hot to touch while charging. This might be nice if you're outside in the winter, but not the rest of the year. It's also a pretty slow charge- my phone went from 10% - 20% in the amount of time it would take to charge up to 70 or 80% with a wall charger. The convivence factor and low profile still make this a good purchase to me, but there's room for improvement.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Charger!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The MAG-LOCK MagSafe power bank is an excellent charger. The magnet is strong enough that you can carry around your phone with it charging. The power bank also has a lot of charge in it- have been using it for weeks and haven’t had to recharge it yet!

Disappointing

I recently bought the 6000 mAh, very disappointed. It does not give my iPhone 13 promax a full charge. Today my phone was at 53% I put the charger on it and I got a charge to 87% but the charger was completely dead. The device was completely charged. There is no way that I get 2.5 charges from it. I’m going to return it

Battery Stop Working after the third charge

I purchase the battery two weeks ago. Battery is slick great idea, bad results.
Charged the phone four times then one morning the battery it stopped working. It does not charge itself. Does not turn on or do anything. Green light does not even start. Pay %69 US at an airpot, what a waste of money.

We have a one-year warranty after the date of purchase with a valid receipt. Without the receipt, We are unable to move forward with the warranty. Gifts must be registered on our website before contacting us to qualify for a warranty.
