Loud and not functioning properly

I have had this product replaced once due it malfunctioning and making a very loud noise. The hot setting burns the milk on my replaced frother so trying to get it replaced again but it might not be the best device out there. I love the look of it and it is not too big, just wish it performed better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far I love this device. After having tried a multitude of frothed this one is my favorite. The milk froth for a cappuccino is thick and perfect. The cold froth for iced coffee is spot on. Can’t say enough good things about this.

Sleek design, Efficient Product

I had been resisting getting a frother for a while to accompany my espresso machine and I’m glad I went with this one. The texture is super smooth and takes my drinks to a new level and makes me feel like a barista!
