The Govee Smart Ceiling Light is fantastic and a huge upgrade over my previous dome light with Hue bulbs. The only disappointing thing about this light is that I would like to use the outer ring when using the light in the standard bright white setting and they've disabled it for some reason. I would have rated this a 5 star if that you could use the white light and outer ring at the same time, because I bought this light for that outer ring to supplement my white light. That limitation wasn't mentioned in the product description so that's a pretty big disappointment.

Easy to install and smart capabilities work well, but the RGB colors are not great. They are very limited and are primarily cool colors. As I prefer warmer colors in my home, I was pretty disappointed. Even though they show a color wheel in the app, the light displays the closest preset color to what you select on the wheel. I wish I could display more orange or red colors, but I can’t
