Cannot Connect 2 Strips Together

I have returned 4 Strips because we cannot connect 2 strips together ..No where on the website it is mentioned and As per Govee policy buyer has to pay for the shipment .

Worked perfectly.. Bought the 65 foot set.. Only needed 50 feet. I Cut off what I didn't need and added the capacitor to the end strip.. Works perfectly.. So yes they are cuttable. Voided my warranty but I'm ok with that

Great light! Just not enough bending clips.

The rope light itself it's amazing, so many things that you can do with it, my only complaint is that I feel like I could do much more if they include more bending clips, or at least have them for sell separately.
Other than that, well worth the money.

Love the different whites, the rest is not so good

Waited to put up outside lights as I wanted to have soft white as an option. Bought 5 sets of this product excited about WW. First issue was that the lights could not be linked for power. They are LED meaning the power draw is minimal but no way to connect more than one meaning SEVERAL extension cords have to be used for a roof line. The picture on the box would need at least 6 extension cords. Also no extensions. Had to use PVC piping to hide lights where the roof line changed. Second, the amount of color segments is limited. This allows for less color variation. Alot less! Third, when activating functions like breathe and chase, the colors change from the colors I chose. As in they were suddenly lighter. Had to turn the functions off and stick with a solid state in order to maintain the colors I wanted. I hope a lot of this can be fixed with an upgrade of the software. Very disappointing. Upside…. it does have WW.

Mounting hardware should be thrown in the trash

Absolutely The worst mounting hardware I have ever dealt with for any lighting product. Going to have to find a different way to mount them than what was provided because the screws strip so easy. I'm afraid to stare at them too long

Love the warm white option instead of the bluish white. Very cool, and many put together scenes to use. App to operate works very well. Time schedule that follows the areas sunset/rise is awesome.

amazing beautiful neon rope. This rope is very flexible and can be attached to the wall, the clips that come with it are also very easy to attach and the neon rope attaches well.
the app is very easy and there are many choices to illuminate the neon rope.
All in all, this neon rope 2 is great!! definitely worth the money.
1 downside is the power consumption of govee lighting!
