I have been looking at TV back lighting since the 1st generation came out. I thought about the HDMI box version, but realized that with my smart TV I don't use devices plugged into my TV that much any more. So I went with these. They are great and really add to the viewing experience. I do wish some things were a little clearer when setting these up. Like Full/Partial. I though Full, but then I discovered that Partial is what you see in the ads with the colors matching more of what is on the border of the TV. I am also a bit confuse about the color correction in what the sliders actually mean. Otherwise a great product.

Bought this on sale and am very happy. Easy setup, lots of different settings to mess around with, and gorgeous transitions with a full array of light that is very responsive to the image on screen. I'm still figuring it out, but I would like if the "sound" reactive setting was a little more gradual in its transitions. Not a deal breaker though, and I know I'll be happy and using this for years to come.

The product description says it fits 55" tvs. It does not. On my 55"tcl the strip is too long for the top and bottom. If you have a 55", go down 1 size.
