Stopped working after 9 months. Extremely disappointed by this product. Can’t in good conscience recommend this company to friends and family anymore.

I purchased this string of lights with the intention of keeping a small tree up year-round, and decorating it for all of the holidays. This is definitely a string intended for a full sized tree, so I had to wrap it around the length of the trunk in order to use up the excess light string. This makes the pre-programmed displays a bit less impactful, but it still looks really good. It's very easy to DIY your own design. I do think these would look best on a full sized tree but they will work for a smaller tree as well. We are really enjoying the lights. We are big fans of the Govee lights and have them around the exterior of our house as well.

Disappointed in the 99 ft length

Disappointed. I have 6 sets of these hanging inside our home and on our front porch. In December I purchased 2 of the 99’ length to hang outside on our dogwood tree. I enclosed the power supply and control modules in weatherproof boxes. Both sets have gone out at different times. Govee CS replaced the first strand, which seems to be holding up, but now the second strand just went out. Maybe these are not meant to be out in the elements.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love these lights. We keep one set up in our hallway all year long. During the holidays, we can set a theme for that holiday; it makes the house a little more festive. The app is so easy to use and navigate; linking to Alexa was even easier. I'm looking forward to getting the ones that go around the outside of the house.
