Big but good

A bit pricy for a toaster and takes up a large area on the counter. But the toast is good, and the design, while bulky, is lovely. Feels solid and not cheap.

Wonderful toaster

Best toaster I’ve ever owned, hands down. Not only is it sleek in appearance, but it functions wonderfully. There is a tray at the bottom of the toaster that collects crumbs which makes it much easier to clean than other toasters I’ve owned from other brands. It truly toasts perfectly.
Our last two toasters were Breville Smart Toasters that worked well when they worked, but they died prematurely. We replaced the second Breville with a motorized Cuisinart that matched the Breville's features on paper, but was a huge disappointment in both functionality and performance, and ultimately was returned within a week. Being a fan of Zwilling's various brands, we decided to try the Enfinigy which has most of the Breville's features, but a much more appealing price tag. So far we're mostly pleased. The controls are intuitive and there are no gimmicks to contend with (looking at you touchscreen toasters). The only disappointment is uneven toasting in two slots. At this point we think we can live with the toasting performance if it means having a reliable, long-lasting toaster.

4 slice toaster disappointing

Toast takes forever to toast and when I have it on 5, 6 or 7, it never pops up - just keeps getting more and more like a brick to eat. When I make it pop up, it is either too toasted or half of one slice is part toasted and part white, still always very hard to eat. It certainly is not worth the price.
