Very impressed. This brand has very good design. I had a crock pot from Chefman as well and it was fantastic! Very thoughtful and made with the user in mind. Easy to read instructions. Thank you!

Issue when I just purchased

As soon as I got home the device made a loud buzzing noise and a small pop sound and never did anything else, it is now an expensive decoration on the counter. ?
