Love love love this machine and I’m so happy I got it. At first I wanted a ninja but my boyfriend got me this one and omg I fell in love with it.. talking with others friends with a ninja and this one works faster and the cost was worth it

Tried to make virgin Pina Colada using Handcrafted by MASTER OF MIXES. ITRIED THE JUICE setting.
I then used custom and dropped the temp to 20°...it finally froze. Under the juice it wasn't frozen.

Works good with juices not so much with soda

When attempting to make a coke or soda slushie, the liquid gets behind the auger at the base of drum and ice forms behind the auger, causing the auger to dislodge from the rotating pin. And it begins to rock back and forth. Only selecting the three bars and after forty minutes, not enough slush is being produced and I think it has something to do how the auger does not set back all the way against the metal drum.
