Confusing first time, tried with pre-made dough, couldn't get it off the peel, made a mess... then switch to ready made pizza crust, and that was fast, amazing and super tasty... will try it again, we love our pizza nights...

Poor and inconsistent

Oven does not reach preset temps. I can only use manual if I want a specific temp. NY style preset only reaches 545. My home oven gets hotter than that. Neapolitan only gets to 575. What gives? I bought two of these and neither gets to 800. Returned one.

Cooked pizza used the recommended settings and it was perfect

Tried it out for the first time tonight I made a pizza , it was pretty fast took about 15 minutes to cook it , the stone plate is fabulous. The pizza was delicious and cooked through.

Seems easy to use - timer is not beeping 3 times when cooking temp reached as indicated it would in instructions. If I could do it over, I would get a pizza oven suitable for a 14 inch pizza.

Great oven

This is a great oven unfortunately I had a hard time getting a pizza off the peel onto the stone. There wasn’t enough flour. That was my error, but we did eat the pizza and it was fantastic.
