One screw fell out of the box when I opened it. One bottom hole wasn’t drilled straight, but I was able to put the screw in. Don’t expect it to affect functionality.

My first experience was an excellent one! Just got done cooking dinner and had to run and pick up a kid from work and the food was still warm when I got back… Highly recommend!

Oh my goodness what do I start? It’s great for the big feast on Thanksgiving, but I use it on days when it’s leftovers. I hate my food place it on the warming tray and whenever my family is ready to eat, they can eat because sometimes they come and go and it’s ready to go and it gets really hot. You almost cook a pot of vegetables, etc. it has changed my cooking experience.
