My son used this at a Christmas party to keep his dip warm- only turned it halfway and it was piping hot. Coworker added cinnamon rolls which burned on the bottom- so depending on the food, we’ll have to play with how hot to go. So many compliments- very sharp looking and it works so we’re happy!
