Easy to use except for figuring out the dial for heat settings. Once I used a flashlight to see the black marking (on black) on the dial, I understood how to better set my desired temperature. Would suggest providing this info to customers upfront.

Worked great for Thanksgiving!! Only issue was the dishes slide around when spooning out a serving. Have to hold them in place or have someone hold in place.

I like the look of the warming tray but am concerned about bowls/dishes sliding when using.

Only down side is the glass top. It keeps the containers slippery.
