Love It When It Works

I am vision impaired and I need to clean the unit, i can't see the buttons to push. My unit has stopped working after only having it 2 weeks. I loved it while it worked...want it to work again.

it worked fine the first 3 weeks of use now it keeps randomly saying its full and wont make any ice when the ice tray is complesrlwy empty....

Love my ice maker recommend it to many people love that I always have ice available I turn my ice maker on every night while doing dinner dishes any extra ice I don’t use in my drink I put in the freezer I always have ice available.
