Overall, it seems to be a fine machine. I don't understand why the latte selection doesn't provide milk, but just steamed water?

Promptly replaced my expresso machine after a few months of owning it.

I was not happy when my expresso machine stopped working after only a couple of months. When I submitted my claim they were very pleasant and prompt with replacing it. Professional company, I just hope this one last a lot longer than my first one.

So far it’s easy to use. The milk frother doesn’t heat up the milk as hot as I’d like but it still works fine.

I bought a chefman RJ54 and the froth adjuster / slider stopped working. I was unable to find a replacement part. I threw it away. I bought a RJ54-I-SV-AM model but it doesn't have a froth slider and it only runs the frother for 8 seconds and I have to run the frother about 4 times to fill up a double latte. I would like to get a frother slider / milk top part to replace the one I have, but it seems you don't sell parts, thus I am now with a lesser machine and not happy.
