Easy to use

Very easy to set up and use. It measures out the amount of espresso to frothed milk at the same time for a single or double. It also allows you to add more frothed milk. You cant froth you own milk to do designs amd stuff but this is perfect for me. The frothed milk has a thick foam. Very nice.

Only makes 2-3oz

Only makes 2-3oz no matter what setting. There is no milk froth. Even after cleaning it doesn't make a full 7oz-12oz.

I got it for my mom but first I set it up cause she doesn’t know English, my suggestion is make the introduction in Spanish at least
