Product doesn’t work and is brand new

I just received my espresso machine and it’s brand new and it doesn’t even work! I tried to clean it, to used it with coffee with and without milk and nothing is working.

My specific espresso machine is defective. After carefully following all set-up instructions, priming, etc. the machine will not pump water through. Currently working on getting a warranty replacement, and if I receive a functioning machine then this review would definitely change.
